Disabled visitors

Here at Bristol Aquarium we pride ourselves on being a great place to visit for all the family and our space is designed with access for everyone in mind.

Our facilities include:

• Free admission for carers on a 1:1 basis*
• Ramps throughout the attraction (step free attraction)
• Accessible toilets
• Wheelchair hire (£20 returnable deposit)

*Guests with health conditions or impairments may be entitled to a free of charge carer’s ticket upon proof of eligibility. Accepted forms of eligibility include; Bristol Pink Card, Rainbow Resource Card, Access card displaying a +1, Carer’s Allowance Letter, a letter from GP or Consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full time carer.

We also run Calmer Days which are aimed at visitors who are looking a more relaxing sensory experience. For more information click here.
