Can I bring a carer?

A 1:1 registered carer accompanying a paying disabled visitor, with proof of carer status, is admitted free of charge.

Proof of carer status: Access card displaying a +1, Carer’s Allowance Letter, a letter from GP or Consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full time carer.

Customers with an access card without a +1 are not entitled to a free carer.

Visitors using a wheelchair are entitled to a free carer ticket to support their visit around the aquarium.
